Excitement was running high at Williston Middle School this afternoon as students filled the gym for the Rock Your School Pride assembly this afternoon as the WMS students were set to battle the WMS staff in a fierce game of dodgeball. Our talented band students helped hype up the crowd with the school song and a few other fantastic numbers.
The assembly kicked off with the recognition of students who made the honor roll. Students with perfect attendance were recognized next with certificates and sunglasses. Over 60 kids had perfect attendance for quarter 1. Woo Hoo!
Students who participate in fall sports were recognized by being asked to stand. Cheers for all our athletes abounded!
The big moment quickly approached as students were called down to participate in the dodgeball match. It was a battle royale for both sides, but the team of teachers came out with the win!
