Cross Country

Cross country is one of the most physically, mentally, and emotionally toughest sports, which often makes the sport unappealing; however, cross country also results in helping individuals grow in all three aspects as well. The lessons and strength gained from cross country will transfer to other sports, the classroom, and into the future.

Cross country is a great way to get in shape for any winter sport season, or just to join to make friends and feel the comradery of a team. Though some sports end after a high school or college career, running is one sport that you can stay involved in for, literally, the rest of your life.

Cross Country Coach

Brooke Johnson is a 2011 graduate of Williston High School where she was a three-sport athlete, participating in cross country, basketball, and track. After cross country season ends, she continues her coaching with junior high basketball at Williston Middle School.
