Mrs. Pugliese’s 7th grade ELA students played Figurative Language Four Square to review their content. Mrs. Pugliese would read an example and students would move to the correct corner to identify the example given.
Mrs. Richardson’s students completed a record number of iReady lessons (37) in one week to earn themselves a class pizza party. Your efforts do not go unnoticed!
Ms. Cachuela’s 5th period WINN class celebrated Valentine’s Day by going on a “date” with a book. Together, the students read a chapter from Rising Water, the book we have chosen to read as a school this year. They had flowers, cookies, and chocolates on their “date.” Some students even volunteered to be teachers for the day and helped teach the vocabulary words.
