Innovation Academy science teachers hosted their first annual Science Night on November 19th. Two weeks prior, students competed in a school-wide science fair. Stakeholders throughout the district took part in judging the science fair projects, and students who volunteered or had top projects were able to showcase their projects that evening.
The community was welcome to look at all the science projects inside the commons.
An award ceremony recognizing winners and top projects took place. During the event, science teaches performed various experiments outside the school for the public to watch.
Café De La WAVE, our school store run by students, offered science-themed drinks and snacks.
