
Thank you for your support at the Bakken Book Fair! We earned over $3500 in Scholastic Dollars to purchase books, supplies, and maker materials for our school!

Bakken's 6th Grade Girls Who Code Club started this week! We would love to have more 6th girls join our club where we learn computer science skills well as other core values of bravery, resilience, creativity, and purpose. Our club meets on Wednesday after school until 4:30. For more information, see Mrs. Mehlhoff.

School is back in session, and winter is in full swing with temperatures ranging anywhere from 35*F to -27*F in the next 10 days. Remember elementary students still go outside for recess until temperatures reach -10*F.

Our Partners in Health Program will provide WBSD7 with opportunities to provide beneficial resources including expert reviewed health articles and blog posts, Staff Wellness Days, informational forums, and more.

Get in the Game- READ! Reading month is happening in February at Bakken! To gear up for reading month, we will be having dress up days next week, January 31 - February 4 and throughout the month to celebrate!
